Relief from Obligations. Should the occurrence of a Force Majeure result in either party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement in whole or in part, that party may, unless otherwise stipulated by law, be exempted from performing those obligations to the extent of the effect of the Force Majeure in question.
