Relief of Liabilities. In the event of a force majeure, any Party shall not hold the affected Party liable for failure or delay to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, or for ascertained damage, increased costs or losses. Such failure or delay of performance shall not be considered a breach of the Agreement. The affected Party shall take appropriate action to reduce or exclude the impact of the force majeure event, and in the shortest possible time, try to fulfill the obligation affected by the force majeure event.
