Relief, Remedies, and Enforcement. You acknowledge and agree that a breach of any provision of this Agreement by you may cause serious and irreparable injury to the Company that may be difficult to quantify and that money damages alone may not adequately compensate the Company. In the event of a breach or threatened or intended breach of this Agreement by you, the Company shall therefore be entitled to injunctive relief, both temporary and final, enjoining and restraining such breach or threatened or intended breach. Such injunctive relief may be sought by the Company in any Washington court or in such other court as may be appropriate depending on the nature of the breach in lieu of, or prior to or pending determination in, any arbitration proceeding. You further agree that should you breach this Agreement, the Company will be entitled to any and all other legal or equitable remedies available to it, including the recovery and return of any amount paid to you to enter into this Agreement, the disgorgement of any profits, commissions, or fees realized by you, any subsequent employers, any business owned or operated by you, or any of your agents, heirs, or assigns. You shall also pay the Company all reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees the Company incurred because of your breach of any provisions of this Agreement.
