RELIEVED FROM DUTY. An employee relieved from duty pending an administrative conference or hearing on departmental charges will continue to receive pay if capable of performing duty.
RELIEVED FROM DUTY. Any employee may be relieved from duty with pay pending the meeting as described in Section 15.7.
RELIEVED FROM DUTY. Nothing in this Section shall prevent the Sheriff from relieving Employees from duty, in accordance with its practice, except that the Employee shall not lose any wages, because of such interim action, and shall promptly be returned to duty unless the Sheriff initiates disciplinary reduction in rank, suspension, discharge, and/or other activity as provided for in this Agreement, or by applicable law.
RELIEVED FROM DUTY. Employees relieved from duty for alleged violations of the law and/or departmental and/or personnel rules and regulations shall remain on full salary and allowances until the pre-disciplinary hearing is concluded so long as the employee and his representative are available within five (5) calendar days of notice of the possible disciplinary action but may thereafter be placed on leave without pay until the Chief makes his final decision as to what disciplinary action, if any, is to be taken.
RELIEVED FROM DUTY. A driver who is waiting shall be “relieved from duty” and the hours will not be compensated for and do not count as actual hours worked if all three (3) of the following standards are met. a. The relief period is 60 (sixty) or more minutes in length; b. The driver is notified by the posting that the driver will be relieved from duty for a definite and specified time; and c. The employee is free to leave the job site.
RELIEVED FROM DUTY. Nothing in this Section shall prevent the Employer from relieving Employees from duty, in accordance with its practice, except that the Employee shall not lose any wages, because of such interim action, and shall promptly be returned to duty unless Employer initiates disciplinary or other activity as provided for in this Agreement or by applicable law.

  • ABSENCE FROM DUTY Unless a provision of this agreement states otherwise (e.g. sick leave), an employee not attending for duty will lose their pay for the actual time of such non- attendance.

  • Resignation from All Positions Upon the termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination or resignation, from and with respect to all positions the Executive then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the Board of Directors (and any committee thereof) of the Company and any of its Affiliates.

  • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services to students. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services to students.

  • Received From Third Party Such information was or is hereafter rightfully received by the party from a third party (expressly excluding the Fund’s custodian, prime broker and administrator) without restriction on its disclosure and without breach of this Agreement or of a similar confidential disclosure agreement regarding them; or

  • Distributions on Account of Separation from Service If and to the extent required to comply with Section 409A, no payment or benefit required to be paid under this Agreement on account of termination of the Executive’s employment shall be made unless and until the Executive incurs a “separation from service” within the meaning of Section 409A.
