RELIEVING IN OTHER GRADES. 11:01 An Employee temporarily assigned to a position in a higher Job Group to replace an Employee for an absence not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days, shall receive a rate of pay increase in the higher job group of not less than one (1) increment above the rate of pay being received immediately prior to the temporary relieving assignment, for the full relief period. Upon completion of the aforesaid sixty (60) calendar day period, the temporary assignment, unless mutually extended by both Parties hereto, which extension shall not be arbitrarily or unreasonably withheld by either Party hereto, shall be posted in accordance with Article 10.

Upon completion of the aforesaid sixty (60) calendar day period, the temporary assignment, unless mutually extended by both Parties hereto, which extension shall not be arbitrarily or unreasonably withheld by either Party hereto, shall be posted in accordance with Article 10An Employee temporarily assigned to a lower job rated shall receive his regular rate of pay while so assigned.
