Common use of Religious Organizations Clause in Contracts

Religious Organizations. If the Borrower is a religious organization, as defined by the HOME requirements, the Borrower shall comply with all conditions prescribed by HUD for the use of HOME funds by religious organizations, including the First Amendment of the United States Constitution regarding church/state principles and the applicable constitutional prohibitions set forth in 24 C.F.R. 92.257.

Religious Organizations. If the Borrower is a religious organization, as defined by the HOPWA and/or HOME requirements, the Borrower shall comply with all conditions prescribed by HUD for the use of HOME funds Funds and HOPWA Funds by religious organizations, including the First Amendment of the United States Constitution regarding church/state principles and the applicable constitutional prohibitions set forth in 24 C.F.R. 92.257.92.257 and 24 C.F.R. 574.300(c);
