Common use of Relocation by us Clause in Contracts

Relocation by us. The University reserves the right to relocate the Student to comparable alternative Accommodation during the Licence Period where it is reasonable to do so, but if the reason for relocation is because the Student is in breach of one or more of the obligations in this Agreement the University will also have the right to terminate this Agreement as an alternative to relocating;

Relocation by us. 9.6.2.1 The University reserves the right to relocate the Student to comparable alternative Accommodation during the Licence Period Occupancy where it is reasonable to do so, so but if unless the reason for relocation is because the Student is in breach of one or more of the obligations in this Agreement the University will also have the right to terminate this Agreement (without having to comply with the conditions in clause 9.1, and without compensation) as an alternative to relocating;
