Common use of Relocation, Displacement, and Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Relocation, Displacement, and Acquisition. The Subrecipient shall comply with the provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, and regulations adopted to implement the Act in 24 XXX Xxxx 00, 00 XXX Part 24, and Section 104(d)of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as they apply to the performance of this Agreement.
