Common use of Relocation, Displacement, and Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Relocation, Displacement, and Acquisition. The provisions of the Uniform Relocation Act, as amended, 49 CFR, Part 24, and Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 shall be followed where any assistance is carried out by the Awardee and assisted in whole or in part by funds allocated by CDBG. For projects where there will be temporary or permanent displacement, the Awardee must submit signed General Information Notices from each tenant who was residing in the project at the time of Application submittal.
