Relocation In The Event of An Emergency. Notwithstanding Section 9.1(a) above, in the event of an Emergency, Licensor will endeavor to provide as much notice to Licensee for the relocation of the Wireless Installation as warranted by the circumstances pertaining to the Emergency.
