Relocation of Transmission Site. (i) Lessor acknowledges that the location of the Primary Transmission Site for ITFS Channels is critical to the Lessee's business and agrees that it will not relocate the transmission facilities for ITFS Channels from the Primary Transmission Site without Lessee's prior written consent.
