Scope of Traffic. Article IV prescribes parameters for the facilities and trunk groups to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Article III for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers (the “Local/IntraLATA Trunks”).
Scope of Traffic prescribes parameters for certain trunks to be established over the Interconnections specified in Sections 2 through 5 of this Attachment for the transmission and routing of traffic between Onvoy Telephone Exchange Service Customers and Interexchange Carriers (“Access Toll Connecting Trunks”), in any case where Onvoy elects to have its End Office Switch subtend a Frontier Tandem.
