Remaining Administrative Agent. Upon any such notice of resignation by an Administrative Agent, the remaining Administrative Agent may in its discretion, appoint itself to the resigning Administrative Agent's functions and duties. The remaining Administrative Agent shall give the Lenders notice at least 15 days prior to the effectiveness of such resignation.
