Common use of Remaining Payment Clause in Contracts

Remaining Payment. Buyer shall pay seller the total purchase price of as stated on Signature Page at time of contract (minus any deposit already paid) within five (5) days business days of execution of the contract or Puppy’s reaching four (4) weeks of age, whichever comes first. Failure to pay in a timely manner shall render this entire Agreement null and void. Seller may retain Xxxxx’s deposit if Xxxxx fails to timely pay.
