Common use of Remaining Terms Ratified Clause in Contracts

Remaining Terms Ratified. Except as expressly amended or modified herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved and shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall govern.

The term "Agreement" as used in the Agreement shall refer to the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall govern.
