Common use of Remanufactured Products Clause in Contracts

Remanufactured Products. 69.1. There may, on occasion, be a requirement for the Contractor to provide a range of remanufactured products under this Framework Agreement. The Authority define ‘Remanufactured Products” as: 69.2. Remanufactured products may be provided on a lease or capital purchase basis, but products and documentation supplied must be clearly identified as being remanufactured. 69.3. The Contractor will be required to ensure that any remanufactured products supplied must perform to a comparable standard and quality as applicable to a new product.
