Remediation. 4.1. All work or materials found to contain asbestos or work or material installed with asbestos- containing equipment will be immediately rejected upon discovery and this Work will be remediated at no additional cost to the Owner. Such cost for remediation shall include, but is not limited to, cost of; the asbestos contractor, insurance, asbestos consultant, analytical and laboratory fees, and any other additional cost as may be incurred by Owner.
