Cleanup. Awarded vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by TIPS Member. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Registered sex offender restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, awarded vendor agrees that no employee of a sub-contractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are or reasonably expected to be present. Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Cleanup. Contractor shall keep the worksite clean and free from debris. At completion of work and prior to requesting final inspection, the Contractor shall remove all traces of waste materials and debris resulting from the work. Final payment will not be made if cleanup has not been performed.
Cleanup a. The Contractor shall maintain the premises and area of the work in a neat and clean condition. No burning of rubbish on site shall be allowed. The Contractor shall control dust on the site by sprinkling at whatever intervals are necessary to keep it laid down and shall take measures to prevent dust and debris from being accidentally transported outside the area of the work. b. Final cleaning, such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, dry and wet mopping, polishing, sealing, waxing and other finish operations normally required on newly installed work shall be taken to indicate the finished conditions of the various new and existing surfaces at the time of acceptance. Prior to the time of acceptance, all marks, stains, fingerprints, dust, dirt, splattered paint and blemishes resulting from the various operations shall be removed throughout the Project. Stair treads and risers shall be wet-mopped. Glass shall be left clean and polished both inside and outside. Plumbing fixtures and light fixtures shall be washed clean. Hardware and other unpainted metals shall be cleaned and all building papers and other temporary protections shall be removed throughout the building, or portion of the building where Contractor was involved, all to the satisfaction of the Project Manager and District. The exterior of the buildings, playfields, exterior improvements, and planting spaces and other work areas shall be similarly clean and in good order.

Cleanup. If any Hazardous Material is released, discharged or disposed of by Tenant or any other occupant of the Premises, or their employees, agents, or contractors, on or about the Property in violation of the foregoing provisions, Tenant shall immediately, properly, and in compliance with applicable Laws clean up and remove the Hazardous Material from the Property and any other affected property and clean or replace any affected personal property (whether or not owned by Landlord), at Tenant’s expense. Such clean up and removal work shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval (except in emergencies), and shall include any testing, investigation, and the preparation and implementation of any remedial action plan required by any governmental body having jurisdiction or reasonably required by Landlord. If Tenant shall fail to comply with the provisions of this § 7.2 within five (5) days after written notice by Landlord, or such shorter time as may be required by Laws or in order to minimize any hazard to persons or property, Landlord may (but shall not be obligated to) arrange for such compliance directly or as Tenant’s agent through contractors or other parties selected by Landlord, at Tenant’s expense (without limiting Landlord’s other remedies under this Lease or applicable Laws).

Cleanup. Upon construction completion, Contractor shall remove all debris and surplus material and thoroughly clean the work area and any common areas impacted by the work.
