Common use of REMEDIES AS TO PROJECT DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

REMEDIES AS TO PROJECT DOCUMENTS. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, Lender shall have the right (and Borrower hereby irrevocably constitutes and appoints Lender as its attorney-in-fact, which power is coupled with an interest, to do so) to (a) demand, receive and enforce Borrower's rights with respect to the Project Documents, (b) give appropriate receipts, releases and satisfactions for and on behalf of Borrower with respect to any of the Project Documents, (c) do any and all acts in the name of Borrower or in the name of Lender with the same force and effect as Borrower could do if the assignment in ARTICLE 4 had not been made, and (d) perform and discharge each and every obligation, covenant, condition and agreement of Borrower under the Project Documents.
