Remedies Cumulative; Consents. To the extent permitted by, and subject to the mandatory requirements of, Applicable Laws and Regulations, each and every right, power and remedy herein specifically given to Lessor and Agent or otherwise in this Lease shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other right, power and remedy herein specifically given or now or hereafter existing at law, in equity or by statute, and each and every right, power and remedy whether specifically herein given or otherwise existing may be exercised from time to time and as often and in such order as may be deemed expedient by Lessor or Agent, and the exercise or the beginning of the exercise of any power or remedy shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right to exercise at the same time or thereafter any right, power or remedy. Lessor’s or Agent’s consent to any request made by Lessee shall not be deemed to constitute or preclude the necessity for obtaining Lessor’s or Agent’s consent in the future to all similar requests. To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulations, Lessee hereby waives any rights now or hereafter conferred by statute or otherwise that may require Lessor or Agent to sell, lease or otherwise use the Equipment, any Item of Equipment or any Part thereof in mitigation of Lessor’s or Agent’s damages upon the occurrence of a Lease Event of Default or that may otherwise limit or modify any of Lessor’s or Agent’s rights or remedies under this Article XII.

Lessor’s Company's or Agent’s the Lender's consent to any request made by Lessee the Owner shall not be deemed to constitute or preclude the necessity for obtaining Lessor’s Company's or Agent’s the Lenders' consent in the future to all similar requests. To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulationsany Requirements of Law, Lessee the Owner hereby waives any rights now or hereafter conferred by statute or otherwise that may require Lessor Company or Agent the Lenders to sell, lease or otherwise use the Equipment, any Item of Equipment Aircraft or any Part part thereof in mitigation of Lessor’s Company's, or Agent’s the Lenders' damages upon the occurrence of a Lease an Aircraft Event of Default or that may otherwise limit or modify any of Lessor’s Company's or Agent’s the Lenders' rights or remedies under this Article XIIhereunder.

To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulationsany Requirements of Law, Lessee the Borrower hereby waives any rights now or hereafter conferred by statute or otherwise that may require Lessor Collateral Agent or Agent the Lenders to sell, lease or otherwise use the Equipment, any Item of Equipment or any Part thereof in mitigation of Lessor’s Collateral Agent's, or Agent’s the Lenders' damages upon the occurrence of a Lease Security Agreement Event of Default or that may otherwise limit or modify any of Lessor’s Collateral Agent's or Agent’s the Lenders' rights or remedies under this Article XIIhereunder.

Lessor’s 's or Agent’s the Certificate Purchasers' consent to any request made by Lessee Lessees shall not be deemed to constitute or preclude the necessity for obtaining Lessor’s 's or Agent’s consent the Certificate Purchasers' consent, in the future future, to all similar requests. To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulations, each Lessee hereby waives any rights now or hereafter conferred by statute or otherwise that may require Lessor or Agent the Certificate Purchasers to sell, lease or otherwise use the EquipmentUnits, any Item of Equipment Unit or any Part thereof in mitigation of Lessor’s 's or Agent’s the Certificate Purchasers' damages upon the occurrence of a Lease an Event of Default or that may otherwise limit or modify any of Lessor’s 's or Agent’s the Certificate Purchasers' rights or remedies under this Article XIISection 8.

Lessor’s Trustee's or Agent’s the Certificate Purchasers' consent to any request made by Lessee shall not be deemed to constitute or preclude the necessity for obtaining Lessor’s Trustee's or Agent’s consent the Certificate Purchasers' consent, in the future future, to all similar requests. To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and RegulationsLaw, Lessee hereby waives any rights now or hereafter conferred by statute or otherwise that may require Lessor Trustee or Agent the Certificate Purchasers to sell, lease or otherwise use the Equipment, any Item of Equipment or any Part part thereof in mitigation of Lessor’s Trustee's or Agent’s the Certificate Purchasers' damages upon the occurrence and during the continuance of a Lease an Event of Default or that may otherwise limit or modify any of Lessor’s Trustee's or Agent’s the Certificate Purchasers' rights or remedies under this Article XIISECTION 8.
