Remedies & Disputes. Upon the occurrence of a Default, the non-defaulting Party shall have the right to invoke its remedies under this Agreement and/or under Applicable Law. Any Disputes in connection with the existence of a Default shall be resolved in the manner prescribed in Section 21.11 (Dispute Resolution). TAXES & FEES
