Extension of Termination Effective Date. The Parties may extend the effective date of termination one or more times by mutual written agreement.
Extension of Termination Effective Date. LAUSD may, at its option, upon thirty (30) calendar days prior notice, extend any termination date it has specified pursuant to this Article 20 one or more times. In such event, the Services shall be provided pursuant to and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and each applicable Work Order and LAUSD shall compensate Contractor as specified in the applicable Work Order.
