Remedies for Breach of Agreement Not to Divert Resources. It is understood and recognized by the Parties that in the event of a violation of the provisions of Article 7 hereof by a Party, the remedy at law will be inadequate and the Company and the other Parties to the Joint Venture and the Ancillary Agreements shall suffer irreparable injury. Accordingly, each Party to this Agreement consents to injunctive or other appropriate equitable relief upon the institution of legal proceedings therefor by a non-violating Party. Such relief shall be in addition to any other relief to which a Party may be entitled at law in equity, which shall include but not be limited to the right of immediate termination of this Agreement.

Such relief shall be in addition to any other relief to which a Party may be entitled at law or in equity, which shall include but not be limited to the right of immediate termination of this Agreement.

Such relief shall be in addition to any other relief to which a Party may be entitled at law in equity, which shall include but not be limited to the right of immediate termination of this Agreement.
