Remedies for Failure to Meet the Matching Funds Required. It is the Grantee’s responsibility to provide proof of the match with the invoice. If the Grantee fails to provide sufficient evidence to DEO that it secured the required Matching Funds by the end of the Agreement period, DEO may exercise any one or more of the following remedies:
