Remedies for HSRE Triggering Event. Upon the occurrence of a HSRE Triggering Event, and at any time thereafter, after the applicable period for cure has lapsed, if any, Campus Crest may, at its option, exercise any one or more of the following remedies without the Approval of any other Member:
