Remedies for Improper Transfers. The City shall be deemed a third party 30 beneficiary to those restrictions contained in the Exchange Agreement, the Navy Conveyance 31 Agreement, this Agreement and the deed conveying the County Property to the County. In the 32 event of a Transfer in violation of the Exchange Agreement, the Navy Conveyance Agreement, 33 this Agreement, or the deed conveying the County Property to the County, the City shall have all 34 remedies available to it at law and in equity, including, but not limited to, the right to enjoin any 35 improper Transfer. 36
