Remedies for Non-Compliance. 9.18.1 Subrecipient agrees to comply with the requirements set forth in the entirety of this Subaward as well as the requirements contained in supporting Program legislation and all applicable directives, Program memoranda, notices, guidelines and instructions issued by or on behalf of Federal, State or County authorities. Subrecipient's failure to comply with such requirements shall subject Subrecipient to remedies which are available under this Subaward and as provided by law. These remedies include but are not limited to the following: probation; suspension of payment(s); suspension of Services; assessment and collection of liquidated damages; de-obligation of Subaward Sums (for purposes of this Subaward, de-obligation is the partial or full removal of Subaward Sums from Subrecipient); re-obligation of Subaward Sums (for purposes of this Subaward, re-obligation is the allocation of de-obligated Subaward Sums to another current subrecipient(s) and/or to a new subrecipient); debarment; and/or termination of this Subaward. County shall have the sole discretion to determine which remedy(ies) will be applied as a result of Subrecipient's non-compliance.
