The Contractor shall ensure that all goods and/or services provided under this contract are delivered timely, completely, and commensurate with required standards of quality. Such goods and/or services will only be delivered to eligible program participants. 2. If the Contractor fails to meet the prescribed quality standards for services, such services will not be reimbursed under this contract.
