Remedies of Each Party Generally. Without limiting its rights under this Agreement, after an Event of Default, the non-defaulting Party may set off any or all amounts due and owing to it by the defaulting Party against any or all amounts due and owing by it or any of its wholly-owned Affiliates to the defaulting Party (whether under this Agreement or otherwise and whether or not then due). Nothing in this Section 12.5 is intended in any way to limit or prejudice any other rights or remedies the non-defaulting Party may have under this Agreement or at law. The remedies of the non-defaulting Party provided in this Agreement are not exclusive and, except as otherwise expressly limited by this Agreement, are in addition to all other remedies of the non-defaulting Party at law or in equity.
