Common use of Remedies of Manager Clause in Contracts

Remedies of Manager. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by Company under Section 6.02 hereof, Manager shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and Company shall continue to be obligated to pay and perform all of its obligations which have accrued as of the date of termination. The Fee payable under Section 3.01 shall continue to be paid for the remaining term.

Remedies of Manager. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by Company under Owner as specified in Section 6.02 7.1 hereof, Manager shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement Agreement, and Company upon any such termination by Manager pursuant to this Section 7.3, Owner shall continue to be obligated to pay and perform all of its obligations which have accrued as of the date of termination. The Fee payable under Section 3.01 shall continue to be paid for the remaining term, including accrued management fees and other amounts due hereunder.
