Remedies; Results of Termination. (a) Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the City or the District may institute such proceedings as it deems necessary or desirable to cure and remedy such Event of Default, including but not limited to proceedings to compel specific performance or to terminate this Agreement. (b) Upon the termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section, a notice of termination shall be filed with the St. Louis County Recorder.
