Leases in Ordinary Course of Business Exempt from this Section. The Parties acknowledge that the Developer may enter into leases with tenants in the ordinary course of operating the facilities within the District as a commercial development. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no prior consent of the City or the District (other than as otherwise required by the City Code for occupancy and similar permits) will be required for any lease to a tenant in the ordinary course of business.
