Common use of Remedies to be Nonexclusive Clause in Contracts

Remedies to be Nonexclusive. All remedies provided in this Lease are cumulative and additional, not in lieu of or exclusive of, each other, or of any other remedy available to Lessor or Lessee at law or in equity, and the exercise of any remedy, or the existence of other remedies, shall not prevent the exercise of any other remedy.
