Remedies to Continue. In the event of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Paragraph 10(B), such termination shall not affect or diminish the rights or claims or remedies available in equity or at law to the non-defaulting party arising by reason of a breach or default of this Agreement. However, no liability shall arise on the part of Lessor or Lessee upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to Paragraph 10(A) except where the loss of the FCC license occurs as a result of the default of either party.
