Common use of REMEDY FOR BREACH AND RIGHT TO CURE Clause in Contracts

REMEDY FOR BREACH AND RIGHT TO CURE. If CONTRACTOR fails to perform any agreement or obligation contained in this agreement, the COMMISSION may itself perform, or cause the performance of, such agreement and obligation. In that event, CONTRACTOR will on demand, fully reimburse the COMMISSION for all such expenditures. Alternatively, the COMMISSION at its option, may deduct from any funds owed to CONTRACTOR the amount necessary to cover any expenditures under this provision. This is in addition to any other remedies available to the COMMISSION by law or as otherwise stated in this agreement.
