Common use of Remedy for Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Remedy for Force Majeure. The cause of the Force Majeure shall so far as possible be remedied with all reasonable dispatch. If any Force Majeure prevails for a continuous period in excess of fourteen (14) days, both Parties’ performance hereunder shall be suspended and Customer and Supplier shall enter into good faith discussions with a view to alleviating its effects, or agreeing upon alternative arrangements.
