Remedy for Improperly Offered / Scheduled Additional Tours. (i) The affected Nurse will be offered a make-up shift of the same duration as an extra to be worked at a time mutually agreed to by the Nurse and her/his Manager. (ii) The make-up shift will be paid at the rate of pay which the Nurse would have received had the offer been made according to the Collective Agreement.
