Common use of Remember Clause in Contracts

Remember.  In an emergency, seek care immediately.  You or a family member should call your PCP within 48 hours or as soon as possible after receiving emergency care. If post stabilization care is required after an Emergency Care condition has been treated and stabilized, the treating physician or provider will contact HMO or its designee, who must approve or deny such treatment within the time appropriate to the circumstances relating to the delivery of the services and the condition of the patient, but in no case shall approval or denial exceed one hour from the time of the request.
