Remission to WEA. For all membership dues authorization described above, the District agrees to promptly remit directly to the Washington Education Association all monies to be deducted, accompanied by a list of employees from whom the deduction has been made. A duplicate list shall be promptly provided the Association as receipt for said transaction. On or before the monthly pay period, the District shall notify the Association of any changes in said list due to teachers entering or leaving the employment of the District. Each month during the school year, the Association shall provide the District with the names of those teachers who have joined the Association and paid its dues and assessments by means other than through payroll deduction.
