REMIT Reporting Service for Bilateral Contracts is available to any Market Participant who wishes to use HEnEx as an RRM to report its bilateral contracts for the supply of electricity and/or natural gas (as defined in the Implementing Regulation). In accordance with Article 5 of the Implementing Regulation, the reportable information of the Market Participant’s contracts shall include the details set out in Table 2 of the Annex of the Implementing Regulation.
