Remittance Advice File. The Department’s fiscal agent shall produce a Remittance Advice File (HIPAA 835) that itemizes all processed encounter records. The Contractor shall be responsible for accepting and processing a Remittance Advice (RA) File according to the HMO Systems Guide. The RA shall include the disposition (approved or denied) for each encounter record, along with the error(s) for every denied encounter record that the Division denied.

  • Remittance of Union Dues The amounts deducted in accordance with Article 12.01, shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by cheque within a reasonable time after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on his behalf.

  • Remittance of Dues The Employer shall electronically transmit to the Union on the first bank working day after each payday all dues deducted for that pay period in those bargaining units for which the Union is the exclusive bargaining representative.

  • Processing of Deposit files The use of compression is recommended in order to reduce electronic data transfer times, and storage capacity requirements.   • Remittance The dues and other authorized deductions shall be remitted by the University to the UFF State Office on a biweekly basis within thirty (30) days following the end of the pay period.   • Access to Files 12.01 A copy of any completed evaluation which is to be placed in a nurse's file shall be first reviewed with the nurse. The nurse shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in a file. Each nurse shall have reasonable access to the file for the purposes of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein in the presence of the supervisor. A copy of the evaluation will be provided to the nurse at the nurse's request.

  • Dues Remittance The amounts deducted under Article 6.1(a) will be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month. The Employer will subtract any sum to be paid to charitable organizations prior to each monthly remittance to the Association. The Association will advise the Employer in writing one (1) month in advance of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Employer will inform the Association of the names and ranks of the Members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amounts so deducted from every Member's salary, on a monthly basis.

  • Final Report by Settlement Administrator Within 10 days after the Administrator disburses all funds in the Gross Settlement Amount, the Administrator will provide Class Counsel and Defense Counsel with a final report detailing its disbursements by employee identification number only of all payments made under this Agreement. At least 15 days before any deadline set by the Court, the Administrator will prepare, and submit to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel, a signed declaration suitable for filing in Court attesting to its disbursement of all payments required under this Agreement. Class Counsel is responsible for filing the Administrator's declaration in Court.

  • SUBMISSION OF REPORTS All applicable study reports shall be submitted in preliminary form for approval by the State before a final report is issued. The State's comments on the Engineer's preliminary report must be addressed in the final report.
