Remittance of Contribution. (a) All Employer and employee required contributions shall be paid not later than ten (10) days after the end of the last two (2) complete payroll periods for the preceding month. The remittance shall be made in accordance with statutory regulations contained in Section 37 of the Pension Benefits Standards Act (RCBC 1991).
