Common use of Remittance to Gas Vendor Clause in Contracts

Remittance to Gas Vendor. The Gas Distributor shall remit to the Gas Vendor an amount calculated on the basis of: □ consumption of gas by the Gas Vendor’s customers. □ delivery of gas to the Gas Distributor on behalf of the Gas Vendor’s customers.
