Remote Access and Diagnostics. Annuncio will utilize remote dial-in ----------------------------- capabilities via modem to expedite the evaluation and of problems reported by Licensee. If Licensee does not grant Annuncio access to dial-in capabilities via modem, Licensee agrees to pay for any fees and expenses incurred while providing on-site services at Annuncio's then-current consulting rates.
