Remote Deposit Service i. You may process eligible Checks for deposit through the Remote Deposit Capture Service as set forth herein. You will use the Scanner to print an endorsement specified in the User Guide or otherwise acceptable to Bank on the Original items in a Deposit Batch, and to scan them to capture Item Information and create corresponding Image Items, which will be transmitted to Bank electronically via the applicable website. Once the Deposit Batch is accepted by Bank for deposit, Bank will credit the Account designated by you for the total amount of the Deposit Batch, subject to availability, and will send the items in the Deposit Batch for payment or collection or, with respect to on-us items, post them to the respective payor accounts. Items processed for deposit through the Remote Deposit Capture Service will be deemed to have been received by Bank for deposit at the time the Deposit Batch containing the corresponding Image Items is received and accepted as set forth in Section 30(d)iv below and at the location in California where Bank or its processor posts the credit to the Account. Deposited funds will be available for withdrawal by you as set forth in the Term and Conditions and as required by law. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, Bank will process deposits made through the Remote Deposit Capture Service in accordance with its ordinary banking practices, and the rights and obligations of Bank and you with respect to the Accounts and items deposited through the Remote Deposit Capture Service, including without limitation any such items that are returned to Bank for any reason, will be determined according to the Terms and Conditions and applicable law. ii. The following items are not eligible for deposit through the Service: (i) items that are not Checks, including, without limitation, substitute checks or other image replacement documents, remotely created checks, drafts drawn in a currency other than U.S. dollars or drawn on a paying bank outside the United States, and noncash items; (ii) Checks as to which the original payee is not you (third party checks); (iii) Checks that are not properly payable as submitted in the Deposit Batch;

Remote Deposit Service. The remote deposit service allows you to make deposits of paper checks as an electronic check or a substitute check (as defined by federal law) (each an “Item”) to your checking accounts or savings accounts held with us by capturing an electronic image of the Item with the capture device (such as a camera on your mobile device, if you are utilizing mobile banking) and submitting images and associated information to us for processing.
Remote Deposit Service. If you are approved for this Service, you will be subject to the terms of the Remote Deposit Agreement, as amended from time to time. You will be able to convert Checks to Substitute Checks, which enables you to transmit paper checks converted to Imaged Items to Bank for processing and deposit into your deposit account. Transfer Service. Transfers between your deposit accounts with us are subject to the terms of your deposit agreement. You may instruct our electronic system to make transfers between your accounts at any time on any day. Mobile Banking Service. You will be subject to the terms and conditions for the Mobile Banking Service. You will be able to access your accounts and other Services using your mobile device.
Remote Deposit Service. You may use Our Remote Deposit service to electronically deposit checks payable to an Account Owner to Your eligible accounts, including Regular Savings, Special Savings, Money Market, and eligible checking Accounts with Us using digital images via Electronic Access. You may use Remote Deposit only after You accept this Agreement and establish Electronic Access; You will need to install the Mobile App to Your Device separately in order to access the mobile version of Remote Deposit. You acknowledge that Remote Deposit is only available via Electronic Access. In accordance with Section 1.1 of this Agreement, Your use of Remote Deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Remote Deposit Service. Deposits to Central Bank can be made through this Service which utilizes a combination of hardware (scanner), provided by the Bank and a broadband internet connection (high speed internet), such as DSL or Cable Modem. Additionally, this service uses the same Bank availability and cut-off times that are stated in your Account Terms. To initiate remote deposit service, you must complete a Remote Deposit Application.
Remote Deposit Service. 1.1 Remote Deposit Capture Process. Member will scan checks or drafts ("items") with an image capture device ("Scanner") creating an electronic image and Member will transmit an electronic file of such electronic images that the Credit Union will deposit to Member's account. The Credit Union's processing agent shall perform an image quality assessment of scanned checks or items and shall convert items meeting the Credit Union's required standards into substitute checks to facilitate the deposit and collection of such items. Member agrees that the manner in which items (e.g., substitute check, image exchange, ACH) are cleared or presented for payment shall be determined by Credit Union, in its sole discretion. The Credit Union reserves the right to select the clearing agents through which Credit Union clears items. Member agrees to be bound by any clearinghouse agreements, operating circulars and image exchange agreements to which Credit Union is a party. The Service is the sole property of the Credit Union and Member has no rights in any of them, or any other property of the Credit Union or its suppliers, other than those rights expressly granted under this Agreement.

Remote Deposit Service. The remote deposit service (“Service”) is designed to allow You to make deposits to Your checking or savings accounts from home or other remote locations by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to DFCU Financial or DFCU Financial’s designated processor. There is currently no charge for the Service. Any future charges will be included in DFCU Financial’s Business Fee Schedule. Your use of the Service constitutes Your acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement is subject to change from time to time. Your continued use of the Service will indicate Your acceptance of the revised Agreement. Further, DFCU Financial reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from the Service. Your continued use of the Service will indicate Your acceptance of any such changes to the Service.
Remote Deposit Service. For purposes of this Agreement, “Remote Deposit Service” means our “Deposit Anywhere” service. You may enroll in Remote Deposit Service offered by us. This Remote Deposit Service is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a separate agreement.
