Remote Deposit. If the Financial Institution, through Direct Services for Small Business makes the Remote Deposit Service available and You or a Signing Officer, Delegate or Non Signer use the Remote Deposit Service, You acknowledge and agree, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer, Delegate, and Non Signer agrees, that:
a) solely for the Remote Deposit Service, the Financial Institution appoints You as its agent, to act on Our behalf in the creation and transmission of an Official Image to Us, and any other related duties that may be required by Us, all in accordance with the Rules and applicable legislation governing Instruments. In this context, transmission to and receipt by Us of the Official Image will have the same effect as if the Instrument was delivered to a branch of the Financial Institution for negotiation and clearing. You acknowledge and agree, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer and Delegate acknowledges and agrees, that You cannot further delegate this role as agent. Further, You acknowledge and agree, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer and Delegate acknowledges and agrees, that You and each Signing Officer and Delegate will be personally responsible and liable for:
i) compliance with this Agreement,
ii) maintaining adequate security over any Access Terminal used, the location of use of the Access Terminal, and any passwords so as to prevent use by others or interception of data transmitted,
iii) ensuring that all Official Images created and transmitted are of good quality and fully and accurately capture all material details of the Eligible Bill,
iv) maintaining adequate safeguards and procedures for the preservation of originals of all Eligible Bills transmitted as Official Images, and
v) verifying that deposits expected to be made to the Account reconcile with dates and amounts applicable to transmissions made using the Remote Deposit Service and for providing immediate notice to Us of any errors, omissions, irregularities, or concerns about suspicions of fraudulent Instruments or compromise of the security applicable to the use of the Remote Deposit Service;
b) We may, upon receipt of what reasonably appears to qualify as an Official Image, treat such as an Official Image and, as if it were an original of an Instrument received at a branch of the Financial Institution, subject to the Account Agreement and any of Our policies governing Instruments;
c) the creation of an Official Image will be done using a method authorized by Us, in ...
Remote Deposit. Navigant provides certain remote check clearing services known as “Remote Deposit.” Remote Deposit generally facilitates, through the use of a Scanner (as defined below) and/or a Mobile Device, as further described below, the electronic clearing of checks and enables Member to convert checks payable to it or its order that are drawn on or payable at or through financial institutions to digitized images (including a digital picture, if made via a Mobile Device) of a check, an Image Replacement Document, or an Image Exchange Item (as defined in the Check 21 Act) (each an “Electronic Item”) and to electronically transmit those Electronic Items – or a file containing those items (an “Electronic File”) - for deposit into the Member’s Deposit Account with Navigant through the Internet site associated with Remote Deposit (the “Remote Deposit Site”). In its sole and exclusive discretion, Navigant may require Member to complete and submit an application in order to be considered for use of Remote Deposit. Navigant may approve or deny such application in its sole and exclusive discretion.
Remote Deposit. The Remote Deposit Service (“Service”) allows you to operate an image scanner device specified by the Bank to scan paper checks to create an image cash letter file to send to the Bank through the System. You will enter into a separate agreement with the Bank for this Service. Please call our Cash Management Department at (000) 000-0000 to apply for this Service.
Remote Deposit. You can deposit checks to your UMB Accounts using your Mobile or tablet Apps. Limits on the dollar amount a number of checks you can deposit through Remote Deposit apply. For more details, please reference our Remote Deposit Terms and Conditions, which you are required to accept when you sign up for our Remote Deposit services.
Remote Deposit. Innovations Financial Credit Union may, in its sole discretion, permit you to make Remote Deposits to your Account. In the event of a conflict with any other terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of Remote Deposit usage shall supersede the terms and conditions of the Deposit agreement with respect to the deposits made through the Service.
Remote Deposit. Bank agrees to provide County with Remote Deposit services. County agrees to pay fees subject to the results of the monthly account analysis, which is more fully described in paragraph 3.
Remote Deposit. You must accept a separate Remote Deposit agreement and disclosure when You enroll in this service. Remote Deposit is the Digital Banking service that allows You to deposit a check via a smart phone, tablet, or computer with a scanner. Certain eligibility requirements must be met to use this service. Refer to the Remote Deposit Capture disclosure for more information when enrolling in this service. Business and organization Account holders could be subject to a Remote Deposit fee as disclosed in the fee schedule.
Remote Deposit. Upon the installation of remote deposit systems at certain of the Borrower locations, (i) any Borrower that has a remote deposit system installed at its location shall irrevocably deposit all checks in a deposit account maintained with (and as determined by) Lender via remote deposit on the date of receipt thereof and (ii) any Borrower that does not have a remote deposit system installed at its location shall deposit all checks in a depository account maintained at a local retail branch of Lender on the date of receipt thereof.
Remote Deposit. The Remote Deposit Service enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device or other scanning hardware maintained by you to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement. To enable Remote Deposit using your Wireless Access Device you will need to first activate the Mobile Banking feature. If you believe you have deposited the same item more than once contact us immediately.
Remote Deposit service may be accessed via established digital banking account access. Remote deposit allows you to submit an electronic image of a check(s) for deposit to your qualified account(s).
