Common use of Remote Diagnostics Support Clause in Contracts

Remote Diagnostics Support. Spacelabs will, subject to all necessary software, hardware and phone lines being installed at Customer's site, provide reasonable remote access support in the corrective maintenance of the Products. Spacelabs does not warrant that such support alone will be sufficient to resolve Product issues.
