Remote Locations Clause Samples
The 'Remote Locations' clause defines the terms and conditions that apply when work or services are performed at sites that are geographically isolated or difficult to access. Typically, this clause outlines additional logistical considerations, such as travel arrangements, accommodation, allowances, or safety requirements for personnel assigned to these locations. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties understand and agree on the responsibilities, costs, and procedures associated with operating in remote areas, thereby minimizing disputes and clarifying expectations.
