Common use of REMOTE REPORTING Clause in Contracts

REMOTE REPORTING. For the purposes of Remote Reporting, Colgate Powerhouse is the headquarters. If an employee is directed by management to report to a remote location, the employee will be paid travel time at the employee’s hourly rate of pay and as if time worked, for the additional time it takes to travel to the remote location beyond the employee’s normal commute time to Colgate Powerhouse. If an employee is directed by management to report to a remote location in a personal vehicle, Agency will provide mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rates for miles driven beyond normal commute distance and the employee will be paid travel time at the employee’s hourly rate of pay and as if time worked, for the additional time it takes to travel to the remote location beyond the employee’s normal commute time to Colgate Powerhouse.
