Common use of Remote Clause in Contracts

Remote. devices A laptop and other remote devices (such as palmtops, WAP telephones, tablets and PDAs which have the capacity to link directly to a PC) which are capable of receiving Data from an office based Device (fee liable in the normal way) do not attract additional Data Charges as long as the office based Device is disabled (i.e. cannot be used) while the remote device is in operation and vice versa.
